Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to get my order?
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves the shop.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within the U.S. and Canada, but we're working on adding more regions soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What if something shows up damaged?
Email us at saltflatwaterfowlco@gmail.com with a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right. Please notify us within 48 hours so we can make any necessary claims with 3rd party shipping providers.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on products removed from their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on shipping cost

Products & Craftsmanship

Where are your duck calls made?
Every call is designed, machined, and hand-tuned right here in the U.S.A. If we wouldn’t hunt with it ourselves, it doesn’t ship.

Do you offer custom engraving?
Not yet — but it’s something we’re planning for the future. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

Warranties & Repairs

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Salt Flat Waterfowl Co. products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something fails due to how it was made, we’ll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

What isn’t covered under warranty?
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after purchase aren’t covered. Basically, if it broke because of how it was built — we’ve got you. If it broke because it was run over by your truck, we probably can’t warranty that one 😅.

How do I start a warranty claim?
Shoot us an email at saltflatwaterfowlco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll take a look and get back to you within a couple of business days. 

How long does it take to process a claim?
Once approved, repairs or replacements usually go out within 7–10 business days depending on inventory and shipping time.

Do I pay for shipping on warranty items?
We’ll cover the shipping back to you on approved warranty claims. You’re just responsible for sending the product in to us.
